How to Return an Item

Ther are No returns on BTM Machine purchases.   Parts warranty is available as needed.

Parts & Supplies

Parts that has been altered or visable damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 15 days of your part purchase.

 1. Please email Support@RocketBTM.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
